Positive: The property was clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities needed in the kitchen. It is situated in a nice area easy to walk to Brown University. On-street parking is available for free (using a printed car window ticket given by the hosts).
Negative: We stayed on the ground floor and on the second night from around 11:45pm for over an hour we could hear lots of noise coming from the floor above which was disturbing. . The noise sounded like people moving heavy things around and also footsteps of perhaps a child running around.

Positive: Great location close to both Brown campus and Wayland Square for coffee and Whole Foods. A LOVELY space for friends to gather - four of us at a reunion enjoyed a leisurely morning and catching up. It was spotless and very easy for all of us.
Negative: Only reason I didn't give it a 10: Bedrooms could use a mirror each - several of us getting ready! 2. Needs a few more lamps in main room or stronger reading lamps. 3. Pullout couch not so comfy, but sheets and blankets were nice, fresh, everything in home lovely.
Summary: Great space, clean, lovely and easy. We enjoyed it!

Positive: Great location and parking was v handy. Clean and the beds were comfortable. Well provisioned.
Negative: The shower wasnt very powerful and water would go between cold and warm. We stayed there during very cold weather and the apartment felt chilly most of the time- even with heaters on, perhaps because it’s a basement.

Positive: Best place we stayed during our week long trip. This apartment is a little treasure. It looks exactly like the picture, the location could not be better, it has all the appliances one might need and you feel the care and hospitality Jennifer put into it. Lovely!
