Summary: Second time staying here, it remains a very clean, well run property, great location for visiting RISD. The house is quiet and has everything you need — great work space, outlets and chargers, space heater and fan, laundry with soap, basic toiletries, lots of appliances. The mattresses on the beds are FIRM, which is fine for me. Quality bedding and towels and plenty of them. Reasonable house rules and check out procedure. Easy walk to Whole Foods as well as restaurants.Owner is very responsive and answers questions promptly.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this pet friendly carriage house on benefit street! Off-street parking was ideal. Easy walk to north Main Street restaurants and bars. We were comfortable staying here.

Summary: Property was clean, attractive, well managed and had everything I needed for a 5 night stay. Beds are comfortable but firm (if that’s not what you’re used to, maybe too firm.). Must be able to climb into a clawfoot tub, and a shelf for personal toiletries would be a nice addition. Would stay here again.

Summary: This is a beautiful, cozy space and perfect for events at Brown and other nearby colleges. It's so nice to have a washer/dryer, stove top, and full fridge. The property is exactly as listed. We'll stay here again!

Summary: This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at; very clean, comfortable place to live, like a "mini house" with your own privacy; a short walk to Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University, super convenient, We stayed for two weeks and will definitely come back again, next time we will stay longer.
