Positive: The apartment itself was very comfortable with nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants (mostly Italian). The air con worked well, and it was nice to have the outdoor seating area.
Negative: Noisy! Although the bedroom windows block out a lot of street noise, there is a culture of people who like to blast music from their cars or rev up their car with no muffler. The bedroom is on the street. This happens all hours of the night. The walls are thin in the building so you can easily hear your neighbors.

Positive: Great location. Very well supplied and decorated. Clean and comfortable
Negative: Not enough surfaces in the bathroom. A cabinet or another shelf would be helpful. Renters should be notified how the charge will appear on their statement. We thought our card was hacked and canceled it. Also I don't need 10 messages about early check in. One would be enough.
Summary: Perfect place for two people; great location, very comfortable, nicely decorated and well supplied.

Positive: This unit was spotless and was stocked with everything to make us feel right at home. And I have to mention the mattress and bedding - these were the best nights of sleep I have ever had because I was so comfortable! The fact that it included parking was a huge bonus - parking is hard to come by in Providence! The space itself was beautiful, from the hard wood floors, big bay windows in the bedroom, to the accent wall in the living room, each room was cozy and inviting. If it had not been so cold outside during our stay, we would have lived on the balcony to enjoy the Providence skyline while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. The location was perfect! Close enough to walk to everything. My partner was attending an event at the Rhode Island Convention Center, and it was an easy eight minute walk. Jennifer, our host, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We love this place so much, we are planning on coming back and renting out a different unit in the house because we have no doubt that they are all beautiful and comfy!

Positive: Excellent location parking but the apartment had everything you would need a more for a vacation. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything you needed. Would recommend highly and will.be definitely back.

Positive: I loved the fact that the location was in the heart of everything I planned on doing. I could literally walk up the block for brunch. I was a solo traveler who drove, and my car was able to be seen from the window. That was a major plus for me. I did not plan on staying inside for 3 days straight, but I did! I just slept, slept, and slept. This place offered me the rest that I needed. I didn't turn on the TV for the first 3 days. I enjoyed the quiet... which was another thing that I didn't know that I needed. The bedroom also provided black-out curtains... I put those to use....immediately!The appliances were modern, and I adored each unique light fixture. The place was very clean, and I literally never saw anyone else there. It felt like I had the entire building to myself (even though I know other people stayed on the property). And the bed!!!! The bed is the reason I couldn't leave the place for 3 days.
Negative: There's nothing I care to mention that I didn't like
