Positive: The room itself was very nice, spa was amazing.
Negative: My wife found the bed to be much too hard and uncomfortable. The TV was a little aged, no smart tv or anything (but that's fine we didn't go on holiday to watch tv ;)

Positive: Clean rooms. Comfy pillows.
Negative: Squeaky bathroom door. Dining chairs very heavy. Spa bath too deep to access. Toilet roll holder hard to access backwards for female. Hard beds. Very noisy renovation in adjacent room woke me with fright. No warning given. BBQ furniture dirty, the area was gritty underfoot.

Negative: Soap, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. I’ve never been to a hotel/motel that does not have those. Extra blankets it’s getting cold I wouldn’t have to have the heater on the whole time then and extra towels we were told “no, bring back the other 2 and you can have new ones” it’s normal for a girl to use more than 1 towel I don’t want to be wrapping my hair in a towel my partner has wiped his ass on.
Summary: Alright only stayed here as it was close to the hospital I had an appointment at.

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised, the villa itself was clean and comfortable. It was a little outdated, but nothing that made me regret booking it. I read that it was soundproof, yet it wasn’t as I could hear another couple being “romantic” , it did make it an interesting night though. All up, it was a lovely little place and would stay again.

Positive: Keyless access - although even this was a little annoying as you had to enter it 3 times to access the unit. (Front door, lift, unit door.) But that was ok as it was for security purposes.
Negative: *I booked on the understanding we were booking into the villas (Jesmond Executive Villas) where we have stayed numerous times - we were instead accommodated in the Azzuro Apartments across the road. *First thing we found was that while the villas include free parking; the apartments had a $20 charge for overnight so we ended up parking on the street up and around the corner. (They did indicate this in the text received with the codes for entry on arrival day, but I thought this was for the extra parking area in the villa complex) *Description stated “large double bed” and a sofa bed; when they rang to explain entry procedure on morning of arrival the person stated it was a King bed and I then also confirmed we had a sofa bed as I booked for 3 people - on arrival we found that bed was a double in a room that only had about 1 foot of space all around the bed (not an overly comfortable bed either); the sofa bed was not made up and no bedding to be found in the apartment; had to ring after hours emergency service to get this rectified (which it was fairly promptly) *Sofa bed was in living area which had opaque glass windows - which faced the 24 hour McDonalds next door - there were no blinds on the windows so the place was lit up like a Christmas tree all night. *Towels were pretty low grade (but would not have even mentioned them if everything else had been ok) Just overall really disappointed compared to what we expected from previous stays in the villas.
Summary: Disappointed - booked for the villas but accommodated in apartment across the road, which did not at all meet expectatio

Positive: We had six staying and it was a perfect property for us for one night. Definitely would stay again.
Negative: There was only a slight confusion on arrival when looking for our unit. However a friendly staff member was walking past and immediately stopped to assist us.
