Positive: My friend and I arrived two days early for a Road Scholar trip. I had booked several outings on the Internet but didn't know how to find the locations needed. Mr. Du Shan Linxi, Assistant Manager, gave us detailed instructions on where to find and how to ride the subway. The instructions were perfect; we had no problems. Beijing is a great city with many interesting sites.

Positive: Location was excellent. Staff tried hard to be helpful but spoke limited English. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was very good. Peking opera was fun
Negative: Wish there was an English speaking concierge to help with plans. Wish they gave out a good map and a subway map
