Positive: The staff was exceptionally nice, following through on having someone with a key waiting for us early in the morning. The property and room were extremely clean and the pool was great.

Negative: Unfortunately, my family and I all had 3 terrible nights sleep…..the beds are like sleeping on the ground they are so hard; there is a corridor off the front bedroom which amplified every sound from people walking, moving chairs and talking; the evening staff were loud and their laughter and talking echoed down the corridor as did other guests….each night I had to get out of bed at various hours ( get redressed) to ask people to quiet down. There were no paper towels or kitchen towel in the kitchen for washing dishes or cleaning up and unless you are Chinese, using the cooktop is almost impossible as the writing is all in Chinese and there are no directions. The neighborhood was also a little sketchy.

Positive: We loved the hospitality! The apartment staff really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Negative: We weren’t happy with the comfort of the beds, and the pillows also weren’t very supportive. The kitchen benchtops could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and after heavy rain we noticed water dripping from the ceiling.

Summary: Great hospitality from the staff, though the beds, pillows, and cleanliness could be improved.

Positive: It's big and new. The location is good.

Negative: One of the bathroom smells bad. The dryer and washer are kinda cheap. The AC in one of the bedroom didn't work properly. Also the bathroom is quite slippery.
