Positive: Me and my little family of 5 absolutely loved this cabin! Gorgeous cabin and such a pretty and peaceful area. The deer came up almost to the railing of the deck one morning and then just rested and grazed between 10-20 feet away. They were not phased at all by any of us. My toddler and older son were in awe! I've never stayed at an Airbnb but the amenities and items provided throughout the house were really impressive! Wifi worked pretty good for us for being in a cabin, in the woods, in the mountains. We weren't even expecting internet at all, in all honesty. The cabin was perfect for us. We loved it and the location. Would definitely stay here again!
Negative: The main "concern" we had with the residence was that we could not tell by the pictures that the laundry room was attached to the double bed room(the kids' room for us). The laundry room has a door to the outside that only has a knob lock(not mischievious toddler proof), a window behind the fridge that I didn't notice a lock on, and the laundry room door is not allowed to be shut due to the potential freezing of pipes. These were all unsettling for us as this is where our kids were supposed to sleep. Having a deadbolt or a chain lock on that outside door and a lock or security bar on that window would've made us feel a lot more secure. I advised to the company just completely switching the bedrooms in general would be more comforting for families that may stay there in the future! But overall, definitely making all of this information apparent in the photos of the cabin would be honorable and helpful! The furniture could also use a good refresher deep cleaning and TLC!

Negative: We arrived around 1am and it was freezing. The unit was 54 degrees and it was 30 outside. We had to stay in our clothes and bundle up the best we could. It's a stand alone heater and took forever to heat up the house. My daughter ended up bring under the weather the next day because of it.The internet and tvs were very very spotty. Luckily we rented a small suv, but wasn't informed until right before the trip that you needed one. Tried on several occasions to reach out regarding emails I was getting and no response until after trip was over

Negative: The living room furniture looked great but uncomfortable. Minor detail.

Positive: Very private we saw rabbits and deer on the property the view was lovely
Negative: there were no instructions for the tv so it took a minute to figure out The WiFi password on the app was old but we eventually figured it out Not a big issue but may want to update for future guests❤ Also I had issues initially with my credit card and continued to get robo emails for a month after, even though I had a receipt showing paid in full.
