Positive: Communication and standard of expectations and instructions by Host leading up to the stay were very clear and helpful. Parking in a secure garage with direct access into the house - great. Loved the space, the hallway and master bathroom are impressive. Blinds offered privacy and also darkened the room. Lighting well thought through - adjustable for mood and function. Smart TV exceptional sound. Kitchen superb, clean minimal lines and styling. Complimentary wine - thank you. Location easily accessible, private and quiet. Property was chosen for cleanliness, (no pets - health reasons), quiet and restful. Advertising pictures were true to the experience. Refreshing and met all expectations. Would be happy to return. Thank you for making this high-quality accommodation available for guests (like us) to enjoy.

Positive: Beautiful modern property with lovely bed linen and towels. Great shower. Bottle of wine and chocolates
Negative: Although there was a cafetière there was no coffee - remember to bring your own, milk, tea and coffee. It is shame that the host had to leave terse instructions as people don't leave the place as they find it. BBQ needed cleaning so we didn't use it for fear of being charged.
