Positive: Everything was just like in the photos – clean, beautiful, and with a lovely view from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Portofino, and the welcome was warm and friendly. If we may suggest a small improvement (that wouldn’t require much investment): adding a kitchen towel, some cooking oil, and a few coffee capsules would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!
