Positive: The location is great. It's close to the park and the centre of Niška Banja but at the same time it's in a very quiet street. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. I loved the view from my room's balcony.

Positive: The owner lady is spectacular. She is very friendly, warm and her hospitality is awesome. She is addicted to cleanliness. :) Even the neighbors are very welcoming. (Old guy living in the next building.) They let us use their own car garage to park our car. The house is very big, it has a huge balcony and a bathroom. You can find almost anything you need in the house during your stay.

Positive: Everything! We really enjoyed our stay, how comfortable and clean everything was. The apartment had everything you could possibly need in a short stay, the kitchen is well equipped as well as the bathroom. The hosts are more than welcoming, very warm people eager to help. They even made us pancakes :)
