Positive: I had a fantastic stay at Jou Trekking Guesthouse. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The bedroom was clean, comfortable, and perfect for resting before and after our adventure. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink of fresh watermelon juice, which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure, making it very comfortable after a long day of trekking. We also joined the 3-day Mount Rinjani trek with Jou Trekking, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The guides and porters were professional, caring, and made the entire journey enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend Jou Trekking Guesthouse to anyone visiting Lombok, especially if you're planning to hike Mount Rinjani. Everything was well organized, and the hospitality was outstanding.

Positive: Danil and his wife were wonderful hosts—extremely welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and excellent air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the shower was one of the best we've had during our travels. The food was delicious and offered great value for money. The garden was also beautiful and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

Positive: Amazing value for money! The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a hot shower, and a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for visiting the waterfalls and arranging transportation to Kuta, Lombok after our stay. The high-speed Wi-Fi was a great bonus, and the property is only a 5-minute walk from the waterfall entrance. We had a lovely one-night stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you! 😊
