Positive: Everything was amazing! Great breakfast selection, super comfortable room, housekeeping service was exceptional, and the staff were always very helpful. The facility was cool too - fun basement area with foosball and ping pong, 24 hour snack and coffee/tea station in the lobby, and a beautiful garden patio. Only about 15 min walk from the Metro station too, so that was awesome to get into town. Overall, we really loved our stay!!

Negative: Honestly, the ONLY issue I had was that the towels were really thin. That was it, seriously. I think if they had nicer towels it would have been a perfect stay!

Its location—about a 20-minute walk from the Taoyuan MRT A8 station and slightly off the main road—means it’s never crowded, offering a sense of calm rarely found in busier hotels. The atmosphere feels more like a cozy home apartment than a typical commercial stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with every essential amenity thoughtfully provided. The optional breakfast changes daily, featuring a wide variety of offerings and plenty of choices. Even the lobby provides complimentary coffee and snacks—a small but delightful touch not often found in larger hotels. Rooms are comfortably spacious, with a pleasant touch of modern style and good attention to detail. Yet what truly sets this place apart is its service: when it started to rain, the staff personally walked us to our Uber, holding an umbrella to keep us dry and helping with our luggage as we got into the car. Positive: Overall the property is excellent, we have a great stay during out 3 nights visit during our business trip. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is great, not too far away from the MRT (About 1.1km) and you can easily ask the Front desk helps to book a Taxi for you. They have the facilities that open 24hours at B1 and even free laundry & dryer !!!

Negative: I think they can expand a bit further on the B1 facilities, that area looks too spacious.

Summary: Great stay, you wont regret it.
