Positive: It was really stylish yet relaxed - the furnishings and bathrooms were really lovely. Lived the beach access and facilities as well as lovely pool to relax around. The gym was well air conditioned too!
Negative: Nothing really - you have to be ok with wildlife roaming the hotel - if you’re not then it’s not your place to stay! Staff were always on hand though.
Summary: Paradise - amazing staff and great facilities - thanks Uga xxx

Positive: The staff hands down, and the property provides a very secluded relaxing experience with access to a superb private beach, a gym and comfortable rooms as well as nice restaurants. Again amazing staff!
Negative: The property could do with a concierge service or providing more activities, possibly a kids club.
Summary: The best guest experience we have ever had, special thanks to Suraj and the team.

Positive: Incredible getaway. It has a private clean beach and the kindest staff. We arrived super early in the morning and they did their best to accommodate an early check in. Staff members were super attentive and food was good.

Positive: Everything about this property was top notch. From the warm welcome with a twist (writing our wishes and adding them to the Wish Tree in reception), to the attentive service across the board, to the excellent food. The rooms were phenomenal - big, spacious, comfortable. The staff did everything they could to accommodate a late check-out request, and went above and beyond to arrange two birthday cakes for two birthdays. The dinner on the beach was outstanding. Can't wait to come back for longer.

Positive: Lovely well thought out property, villa was very nice. We had the beach villa, and although these villas are closest to the beach they did not have beach views. Which was ok, but surprised us. Beach bar was fun, service team delightful and food excellent. Breakfast was delicious.
Negative: Some distance (25km) from Trincomalee which meant the property was a destination.
