2 Bedroom House in Wilmington Beach, Carolina Beach

This renovated beach cottage is just two short blocks from the public access to the beach. The living space is 576 square feet plus a large screened-in porch. Partial ocean view from the porch. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area a short drive from the boardwalk. Linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, can opener and all glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer and Dryer.
Spectrum Internet and Cable TV, Ruko TV with multiple free movie channels, and a soundbar audio system.
Junior's Place is a cozy beach cottage that gives our guests the "good old days at the beach" feel, clean and comfortable.
The cottage was built in the early 1960s as a typical beach house for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have provided plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a wonderful place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the house for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will enjoy it.

Summary: Short walk to the beach and perfectly located to get to things in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We had everything we needed, the home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book future trips to this home.

Summary: It's close to the beach! There are barking dogs in the area BUT they did not bother us at night. The screen porch is great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. No sidewalks but they are currently working on the roadway so maybe some will go in. Ideally there would be a railing on the screen porch steps for those who are not physically fit (there is one for the front door-no prob there.)

Summary: Juniors Place was exactly as expected. Everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach. Great location and nice neighborhood. Anita was very accommodating and quickly responded to all my questions. We will definitely rent again in the future. Pet friendly also. Our dogs loved it.
