Positive: Perfect for a large group who need individual beds. Very secluded with excellent parking for lots of motorbikes and a car. Hot tub and bbq a very welcome bonus. Great base for routes all over the highlands. We had a great stay.
Negative: The kitchen area is maybe a bit small, or maybe we just have too many chefs as a group lol. But this is nitpicking.

Positive: Specially location , well maintained garden also hot tub , the house was nice clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful , I will highly recommend and we plan to come back again next year hopefully,
Negative: I think overall experience was excellent, all they need upgrade shower pressure system , if you use all 3 bathroom same time you get very low pressure , Specially winter time will be very difficult , Required megaflow system or hot water storage tank

Positive: Location fabulous - a great base for exploring the Highlands Hot tub , games room and fire pit were great. Plenty of room for us all Excitement on waking up on the first morning to find curious Highland cattle in the garden , and their owner coming down to move them back to their field !
