You will have 2 and a half acres of palm trees and exotic plant species. Quiet and secluded in a neighborhood with trails for walking, biking, and horseback riding.
The neighborhood is surrounded by parks and wildlife sanctuaries. You will see and hear nature all around you for a peaceful experience. Yet, restaurants, recreations, shopping, and beaches are a short drive away.
House had major whole house remodel within last 2 years. New floors, kitchen, baths, cool pool decking around pool and patio, new HVAC system, water filtration and saltwater pool equipment.
All rooms on one floor...no stairs! From the front entrance, you’ll have a beautiful view of the family room through to the pool.
Outdoor covered patio and screened pool area provide tropical-style ambiance with shade and protection from the rain. Seating for 8 on outdoor table. Safety child alarms on all doors to the pool. The pool is heated to 84 degrees in cooler months. If you would like warmer pool temperatures, this can be accommodated with a daily surcharge. Comfy couch and 2 chaise lounge chairs offer plenty of seating. Swim laps or play in the saltwater pool surrounded by the lanai.

The main family room, with beautiful views of the pool and back yard, offers plentiful seating on a comfy L-shaped couch. A large flat-screen TV with cable hook up. TV in all 3 bedrooms with Infinity cable
Plenty of seating includes 2 dining tables and a small table in the kitchen breakfast nook. Large newly remodeled chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two sinks, Silestone counters. Completely equipped with full appliances and all utensils, pots, pans, and chinaware. Large pantry.
Reverse osmosis filters in place for kitchen sink, ice maker, and water from the fridge.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are spacious, private, and ALL have queen or king beds with new mattresses.
Master en suite with private access to the pool. Offers king size bed with 65” flat screen TV connected to Cable. Skylights in Master bedroom and Master bath. Huge walk-in closets lead down the hallway to the master bath with an over-sized double shower and double sinks. High quality Posture Sealy mattress on the King size bed.
There are two additional private bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. One bedroom has an Avocado Green queen size mattress and the other a Posture Sealy queen size mattress. All mattresses have thick mattress pads.

Fully stocked with all linens for your use, including beach towels.
Large Washer/dryer available for your use.
Graco Pack N Play for infants.
Home is stocked with some basics (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags), sufficient to last the first day or two. Should you need additional supplies during your stay, you will need to purchase them. A grocery store is 5 minutes away.

Owner is nearby for any assistance or recommendations.
Location is 5 minutes to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike
Jupiter Farms neighborhood has a full shopping plaza (3 mi's) for gas, groceries (Publix). Lots of local restaurant delivery or take available as well as sit down. A local favorite is Taylor Farmhouse Café with a top-notch chef and great food for dine-in or take-out.

Your safety is important to us during this time. We leave at least 24 hours between books. The entire house is sanitized using the enhanced CDC guidelines between visitors. We are also allowing a re-booking for no extra fees if you need to cancel at any time. In addition, we ventilate the house between visitors, require all visitors to remove shoes used outdoors upon entry, and practice social distancing check in and check out.

Riverbend Park, named the crown jewel park of Palm Beach County Park Systems, is just 5 minutes away, with kayaking, biking, canoeing, and hiking. A birders paradise of 665 acres, Riverbend has wide, hike and bike trails with exotic tropical plants. Park also has horseback trails. Rent bicycles and canoes/kayaks in the park or bikes at Taylor Farmhouse Café.
An equestrian center in the neighborhood offers horseback riding lessons year-round.

Try bird-watching and hiking in Pine Glades Natural Area 5 minutes away or Cypress Creek Park – both 5 minutes away.
Juno Beach Dunes Natural Area is also great for bird watching and serene walking (a Fifteen-minute drive}.
