Welcome to Jus Paradise represented by EXCEPTIONAL VILLAS, the world's leading villa rental company on Trust Pilot. This stunning 3 bedroom private villa is located in a gated residential area of upscale homes in the hills of Rose Hall, Montego Bay. It sits on the edge of the challenging White Witch golf course (closed until January 2023).
Come inside to the fusion of tastefully elegant design and relaxed Caribbean comfort. The central Great Room was made for comfort and for those who never want to miss their favourite TV show. Wide doors open the Great Room to a large furnished balcony (great spot for each evening’s hors d'oeuvres by Chef Linval). Around the corner is a smaller sitting room for more intimate conversation.
Guests who must work a bit during their vacation will appreciate the bright, air-conditioned, well-appointed office with WiFi and its own private bathroom.
Also on the main level is the Master Bedroom, large and private with a glamorous en-suite bathroom. Walk up the mahogany staircase to two more bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Each room can accommodate an additional adult couple… or combining this pair of rooms can create a convenient parent-child suite of rooms for a family of four or more. Further child friendly, the lower lawn is soft and wide for youngsters to romp and play games.
From the state-of-the-art granite and stainless steel kitchen, your chef and butler will deliver memorable meals to your choice of dining areas. Start with eye-opener coffee on the balcony or at your bedroom door, followed through each day by full cooked breakfasts and homemade lunches and dinners on the open-air balcony. Or dine in the Great Room with three window walls open to the clear Jamaican air and breeze from the sea.
GROUND LEVEL
Just a few steps from the pool is the gym, well equipped with body-building equipment, drinks bar and fridge ... and even a sauna.
While immediately adjacent to White Witch Golf Course (closed until January 2023) 12th fairway, visibility by passing golfers is blocked by lush landscaping, ensuring Jus Paradise guests' privacy. In addition to the unique White Witch course (closed until January 2023), Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill are five minutes away for more golf via a driver.
A short walk through the garden of neighbouring Jamaica Dreams is a shortcut to our larger sister house, Kenyan Sunset. If this middle house has guests, the outside-the-gate walk around to the Kenyan Sunset gate is just as fast as the garden path.

Summary: Our group of 6 friends, 3 couples, just returned from a week at Jus Paradise - amazing is an understatement! We found the villa, thanks to Emma. It's a luxurious spacious property with incredible views of the ocean, a great pool and a lush garden. The Wi-Fi worked for everybody, everywhere.. What made this trip so special was the staff at the villa. Kemon the Butler and Linval the chef made us feel like VIPs, serving up the most incredible Jamaican food! Veronica cheerfully cleaned and did our laundry. Needless to stay, the ladies in the group loved the fact that everything was done for them. This trip was awesome and we're already planning another week at Jus Paradise next year. Thank you Emma for introducing us to a very special place.

After the first 17 hours, I noted it had already become the best vacation I'd ever had. Let's start with the villa, itself. Beautiful and picturesque are understatements. The pool felt luxurious, the bedrooms were large and closets were amazing for someone like me, who loves to overpack! I took full advantage of the outdoor shower in the master suite, which added a touch more of relaxation to my day. There is a nice office, but with a view like this, I couldn't bring myself to use it. There are plenty of outlets and WIFI access everywhere, so I brought my work to the upper and lower decks. The staff will have you feeling like well cared for family members and are more responsive and even friendlier than family when addressing your needs or questions. Kemon is a gem who gives you the ins and outs of the island and any other question you have. Linval added 8 pounds (literally) to my waistline with his 5 star quality cooking. I completely reversed my last two months at Weight Watchers, but trust me...it's worth it. Veronica washed our clothes each day, which was such a surprise and a treat, and kept the house looking pristine every minute of the day. Andy made sure the grounds were as beautiful as the pictures you see here, every day! Be sure to try the Witches' Brew, and sample Linval's magic tea! You'll be crying when it's time to leave because you will never find a home or staff that makes you feel more welcome and comfortable!
