Summary: Beautiful peaceful country setting. The home is very comfortable and well accommodating. Its location is great for wine country, historic Jacksonville as well as a trip to Crater Lake and Grants Pass.

Summary: The furniture, appliances and fixtures in the home are all new and added to the comfort of the home. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I also appreciate that they cooled off the house so we were welcomed into a comfortable home upon arrival.

Summary: 4 issues: 1. No Hair Dryer....but listed 2. Garbage from previous people still in outside garbage can. Bears or something spread it all over front of house. Not our garbage. 3. Flying bugs all over cabin. Ants in coffee maker and crawling in kitchen and bathrooms. 4. Smoke fire detectors went off in middle of night. We didnt cook anythjng or smoke. But we loved location and Jacksonville. Very quiet and peaceful.

Summary: This was a family gathering spot for parents with 2 adult sons and family. It was perfect for us as we wanted one location large enough to accommodate us all and away from crowds and noise. The porch was perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening (bonus deer and wild turkey viewing in the field during morning hours). The main floor laundry with full bathroom is large enough for a crib or twin bed. It is across the hall from the master suite if you have a very young child. The upstairs loft would also accommodate a crib or young child if needed. Kitchen had what we needed and laid out for ease of use with quartz counters and nice island. The Applegate river is quite pretty. If you choose to wade in we highly recommend a supportive water sock or Keen with a grip. The stones are slippery. It was a great choice and we do recommend as a location to step away.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the house for only 2 nights and we wished could have stayed longer. The house was amazing. It was well furnished and the bed was so comfy. And those heated bathroom floors …… My husband tried to fish the river but it was too high, but it was nice to listen to at night. We enjoyed an afternoon at Red Lily Winery. We were wishing we would have brought more people to enjoy the experience. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Just finished a short holiday in the Jacksonville area. The home is brand new and very well stocked. All one needs is thoughtfully provided. It is surrounded by trees and is on the Applegate river and is serene and restful. The layout is family friendly.
