Summary: The hotel is fine overall but I had a terrible experience with the reception to arrange a baby bed on the phone prior to the arrival, despite mentioning this upon making the reservation. The person on the phone was insolent and unwilling to help. Other than that, no issues with our stay. The rooms are fine.

Summary: We had a surprisingly wonderful overnight stay here during a long journey. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception staff were kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was plenty of parking, and the location is ideal for travelers, just off the highway. The on-site restaurant and bar offered tasty food and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast was satisfying, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Overall, a great experience and a perfect stopover spot.

Summary: You should select this hotel if you are renting a car . Free parking and convenient to connect with roads. But if your purpose of stay is Milano city it will be a 40 minutes drive to city center

Summary: The property is great. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Restaurant food is excellent and so was breakfast. Communicating ahead of arrival was non existent. They didn't respond to questions about laundry and shuttle. There is no airport shuttle as listed. They will arrange a taxi from and to the airport. There are no laundry facilities, just a send away service that is expensive. Great food spot across the street but be careful crossing the round about to there.
