Immaculate Clean, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom ranch (with additional outdoor cedar shower) We are only 5 blocks to the beach, Living room, large eat-in kitchen, a side deck and a large yard with plenty of outdoor seating. Parking in the driveway and on both sides of the street in front of house. One-car attached garage that includes beach chairs, umbrellas for your enjoyment. Also a great place to store your bikes. We include Five (5) Spring Lake beach badges, beach towels, bath towels and bed linens are included in your stay. Spring Lake is an upscale vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a 3 mile boardwalk. A quiet town but close to all of the Summer attractions. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 20 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure and one hour to Atlantic City. We are also nearby NYC train transportation. (Spring Lake train station is less than 1 mile from the house!)

Summary: My family and I were all coming from different areas and decided to use this as our base for Christmas and it worked out perfectly. Spring Lake is a great town and the downtown is walkable (if not a 3 minute drive) and the beach is too (didn’t do this as much given it’s winter). The house was very clean, had all the amenities we could think of, and was well decorated. Scott was so easy to communicate with and answered all pf our questions, gave helpful tips, and even decorated the house for the holidays which was a nice surprise. My mom is also older and is recovering from a surgery so having something accessible was important and she had no trouble at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Summary: The house location was amazing with it only being 5 blocks away from the beach and being able to use the lockers at the Spring Lake boardwalk was perfect. We left all the chais and umbrellas in the locker every night after the beach. So easy! If i could leave a better rating i would. Scott was a perfect host!

Summary: This charming house had everything we needed, was comfortable and just a short bike ride to the beach. Lovely outdoor spaces made it even better. Scott was a fantastic host and was super available whenever we needed anything or had questions. Although it is right next to the train tracks it was not an issue at all. I would highly recommend this house!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and we'll equipprd! It worked well for 6 of us, including 2 young grandaughters, who loved counting the train cars! We were able to celebrate a birthday with extended family. Hope to go back next year.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable and had a good location. Owner very friendly and accommodating. House well equipes and great side yard and deck for outside enjoyment.I would definitely recommend

Summary: This house is immaculate! Everything is clean and labeled and orderly and it made me feel so relaxed in these COVID times. It also has that charming shore house feel with thoughtful decorations that you’d find at a boutique. Whenever we thought of something we should have brought we checked the garage and there it was (high chair, beach toys, umbrellas, etc)! The outdoor space is very spacious and has a huge table for outdoor dining upwards of 12 people, with a grill for the fish you catch and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for sundowners. The only real negative of this clean, comfortable, and cared for home that is just a 13 minute walk to the beach (past a very pretty lake) and a few blocks from the store for whatever you’ll need is that it’s immediately alongside the railroad. My toddler loved the train passing, but the grandparents did not. All in all, the extremely helpful and gracious owner, distance to the beach, beautiful outdoor space, and general ambiance of the home will still have me coming back next year! Thank you Scott for a lovely stay!

Summary: Towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats, and dishes very clean! Pots, pans, dishes, serving dishes in great condition. Outside sitting area is very cozy.

Summary: We rented this house for a long weekend in September and thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. We were in Spring Lake for the first time for a family wedding, so really didn't know the area at all. The house was conveniently located to everything we needed, and was well furnished, supplied and very comfortable for my family of 6. One caution for renters thinking this is a 'beach house', as the name indicates. The property is several blocks from the beach. However, the beach was only a short drive away, and the price of the rental was very reasonable for amenities and location.
