Newly renovated! Bright open concept full kitchen and living room. Lower level boasts a large bedroom with king size bed. Upstairs has one large bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds(suitable for children) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A Workspace provided for all your work needs. Gorgeous views of the river with a large private yard. Also has a large deck with BBQ and seating area. Kayaks are available upon request. A great place to fish bass and cool off with a swim.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the setting was both spectacular and relaxing. During our visit, we explored Deer Island and Minister’s Island, both of which were delightful experiences. Deer Island was a hidden gem we discovered through your welcome guide, and we had a lovely time, including our first ferry ride. Minister’s Island offered a great adventure as we drove across the ocean floor during low tide—a truly unique experience! My son-in-law and grandkids also appreciated the fast and reliable internet. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Summary: The A/C and wifi were excellent! TV channels wonderful. We used the available kayaks (had brought our own life jackets for us & grandkids). Nice that St Andrews only 1/2 hour away for whale watching tour.

Summary: What a lovely place to spend some time away at, everyone from the children to grandma enjoyed their stay here. Everything was perfect when we arrived with be hosts having provided such thoughtful touches for our stay. Would love to come back and stay here again, amazing hosts and great property for a getaway.

Summary: This home offers a relaxing get away. All was as advertised and then some. Comfortable, clean, house with a large, private backyard providing direct access to the river. Very nice outdoor seating around a well stock wood fire pit. . Supplies have been well thought out offering all the essentials and many extras. Lisa is a thoughtful host - communications were clear and timely. She is close by if you need something but not you don't - very respectful of your privacy.
