Positive: We truly felt welcomed and like we were part of the family when we arrived. Travelling with a toddler is always a roll of the dice, but it was really lovely to stay somewhere that understood what it was like to travel with kids. Ben and Zainub truly went above and beyond for us. When they heard it was our daughter's second birthday, they upgraded us to a different room at no charge and left us a cupcake in the room for her. When we panicked at nap time and realized we'd forgotten to pack our daughter's sleep sack, I texted them with a Hail Mary request and they looked through their own things and delivered. This will be my go-to space to stay when I travel to St. Andrews.
Negative: I honestly can't think of anything. Our stay was exceptional.

Positive: Location was good. Walking distance to downtown and the bay. Did not have breakfast.
Negative: The exterior was being painted. That made it harder to haul our luggage inside. However, that obviously was only a one-time problem.
Summary: We stopped for one night on our way north for ten days. Nice spot. Very friendly Hosts.

Negative: The pathway from the parking lot to the front door was a bit dark at night. Wish the cafe had been open while we were there!

Positive: Great location. helpful owner and a generally nice property. Easy walking distance to the main drag and quiet. I would have stayed an extra night but they were booked up. Would stay again.
Negative: Plumbing was a tad noisy.

Positive: Location is great and it was clean. Parking was easy. In room coffee and tea with nice snacks included. We never interacted with anyone.
Negative: The owners are clearly working on renovations. The cafe was not open until til 9am although we could here little feet pattering above our room. Would have been nice for it to be open at 8am understanding that we were there in the ‘off’ season which may account for the later time.
Summary: Adequate accommodations in a great location.
