Positive: The staff are extremely helpful. I appreciate the assistance given by Natalie (duty manager) very much.

Negative: Even though most air-conditioned common areas of the hotel are designated as non-smoking areas, I have encountered a few clients smoking at the lift lobby on 45th floor. Perhaps, the hotel could reinforce this.

Summary: It was a very enjoyable stay.
