Summary: The hotel room we stayed at was very clean and building looks pretty brand new. My friend and I were really impressed by the interior and amenities of the hotel. The staff even upgraded our room with a better view. You have to take an elevator up to the concierge, which has a chill dining/bar area, and then from there, another elevator up to your room, which I find interesting, because this way, it can avoid seeing many in/outs of people on the main first floor which sometimes could be deliveries etc. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever come back to Changsha, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

Summary: The staff is so nice, polite and professional. I want to give special thanks to the team in the Lounge as they took such good care of me. I am allergic to milk except when it is extra hot. I ask for extra hot cappuccino for this reason. The staff in the Lounge took my request with special care. Love them all!
