Summary: Wonderful hotel, exquisite lobby, attentive, staff, helpful service, comfortable bed, and clean room. About a 15 minute walk from Jiafengbei pedestrian street and convenient metro transportation right outside the hotel. They also have a nice looking pool that I checked out, but did not actually swim. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Good location, but bit dated in the deco. Premier room is rather small. So we paid extra for upgrade to suit room. Breakfast is just so-so.

Summary: Excellent location Breakfast is amazing Hot pot tricky! Don’t order if you are not certain on how to work with hot pot and if u can’t handle spice ;) Traffic can be rough

Summary: Hotel is centrally located. Near to train station. Check in and out is fast. Executive lounge staffs are not very attentive to guests. Did not even serve guests drinks unlike other hotels that I stayed before. Drink finished also didn’t refill the fridge till ask for it.

Summary: Really appreciate the hotel staff for all their help, from concierge to house keepers. Lost one of my ear studs, left a note for the house keepers and they were able to find it for me!
