Close to numerous walking tracks including the start of the stunning Peninsular walk. Kaikoura Golf Couse - 5 mins away by car.
Walk across to safe swimming beach or scuba dive off beach. Great place to bike around. Walking distance to South Bay domain. Childrens playground one house away on same side of road.
5 min drive to restaurants/pubs or walk 20 mins into Kaikoura township. Or use the Taxi service.
Walking distance to boat ramps/ Whale Watch Marina.
Relax and enjoy watching Dolphin Encounter and Whale Watch boats heading out to sea.
You may be lucky and see the Dolphins swimming out in the bay from the deck, numerous times of the year.

Summary: Everything you could ever want is here :) It was all so neat and tidy. It is a lovely, quiet location. To open up the curtains in the morning to the ocean and the Southern Alps is just breathtaking, not to mention seeing dolphins in the bay as well. It was a shame to have to go home and we would definitely want to stay here should we ever be down that way again. An absolutely amazing place to stay :)

Summary: What a beautiful spot, we loved watching the whales and dolphins from the deck and even from the couch! House was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved being on the quiet side of Kaikoura with the peninsula walk a few minutes away. Gail was very accomodating and only a phone call away. Fantastic 10/10

Summary: This property has everything. The views are fantastic. There are books to read, furniture is comfortable. Beds are comfortable. So clean. You can sit, rest and day dream while looking at those gorgeous views, go for a stroll down main street or do one or more of the activities available to you. The seafood in this area is excellent. I would come back here in a heartbeat. The owner of the house was a phone call away and was very helpful. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you Gail.
