Positive: Tasty breakfast, great views on the dear ranch

Negative: I have two complaints. Firstly, the sauna, which I had planned to use every day, was quite misleading. It is only open until 3 p.m., and that applies to the wet sauna only. For the dry sauna, which I specifically intended to use daily, there is an additional charge for each visit, and it is rather pricey. Secondly, the building itself appears to be very poorly constructed. Whenever anyone walks along the corridors, it feels as though the entire building is shaking. Noise also travels very easily through the walls. We had a family with lively children in the room next to ours, which made our stay rather unpleasant. Normally, I would not bother writing a complaint, but given the amount we paid and the hotel’s four-star rating, I do not believe issues such as these should occur

Positive: Everything was excelent, a very nice and quite hotel, awesome dinning serevice and a great breakfast.

Negative: the bed mattress was a bit too hard for me.

Positive: Wellness: Small but pleasant area with a sauna and whirlpool. Sport Facilities: Many options available, though we did not use them.

Negative: Wellness Access: Free only from 10:00–15:00; however, access was possible even after check-out. Breakfast: Occasionally empty trays and limited seating during peak times, with only one coffee machine causing delays.

Positive: A bit in the middle of nowhere - a big hotel with lots of sports facilities - including a 2 lane bowling alley! Suited us as we were there taking part in the Ironman event in Hradec Karalove which was close by Room was clean and comfortable - single beds - and toilets was reverse flush which was a bit strange - and our room was in the older part of the hotel Pool was lovely to use after a long day - not loads of sun beds Grounds were lovely with herds of deer Food was good - limited choice menu - but well cooked and presented - staff friendly and helpful even though not a lot spoke English - great early breakfast available on race day which was kind to do

Negative: Toilet was weird Hotel seemed very big / conference style

Positive: Hotel is placed in a lovely area surrounded by wood & fields with a lot of animals like rabbits and roes. Room was clean and in general everything was good but hotel is a bit overpriced taking into consideration standard of the interior design, breakfast and lack of smart tv.

Negative: Could be cheaper taking into consideration interior design from 20 years ago and very poor breakfast. Breakfast is with a very small choice of products, I have been in the hotel two years ago, gave the comment about breakfast but nothing changed.
