Negative: Prove fluctuation per night on the same room as well as the area the hotel is in are both pretty crazy. Surrounded by abandoned hotels it could be interesting to a specific type of explorer

Positive: The hotel was clean and in a good location, with parking. Will recommend to family and friends.

Negative: More variety in the breakfast. We have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and found that they had a variety for breakfast. I would have like to have menemen or scrambled eggs for breakfast.
