Self-contained private flat with private outlook. Looks out on the garden, and down on to the Omokoroa Golf Course. Suitable for a couple or a single; has a lounge/kitchenette, and double bedroom with ensuite. Continental breakfast of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and fruit juice provided in price.
Includes internet (unlimited) with TV screen and Chromecast (i.e. cast TV on demand, Youtube etc from your own device via the internet). Cellphone coverage - Spark is reliable, Vodafone intermittent.
A 2-minute drive to the Omokoroa village. Fish from the jetty, swim and kayak in the harbour, or take the ferry over to Matakana Island. Local cafes, plus excellent evening dining at the Omokoroa Boat Club.. The Omokoroa Golf Club is easy walking distance. Hot pools are a little further.
Walkways are a feature of the Omokoroa Peninsula, meandering through the many reserves and along the harbour side. Excellent for walking or bike riding. Bikes available for use on peninsular only.
More challenging walks are easy driving distance - info provided. Omokoroa is 40 minutes from Waihi and the access to the Hauraki Rail Trail.
Omokoroa is a 10 min drive into Bethlehem.
Special conditions:
Smoking outside only. No pets. Two adult size bikes available for cycling on peninsular (can't be taken elsewhere).

Summary: The hosts are lovely, very helpful, and quite happy to leave you to your own devices. They were there when needed, but did not feel overbearing. Lovely location, and to top it off the weather was stunning.

Summary: I enjoyed my two night stay in Feb 2023. It is clean and a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were away, but in contact to make sure everything was ok upon my arrival. I would stay here again.

Summary: This is a small attractive basement flat for 1 or 2 people to stay and the property owners were very kind and helpful to us as they endeavoured to accommodate us. We had been misled by an error in the listing saying there was an extra bed. (This has now been corrected so won't cause difficulties for future guests.) We found the location very quiet, overlooking part of the Omokoroa Golf Course and the accommodation was very neat and tidy. Breakfast awaited us in the fridge too! Unfortunately the TV has no aerial so could not provide any TV channels. It does have a Chromecast device plugged in which can able the TV to be used as a monitor by people casting from their smart phones or tablets if they are confident how to do this.

Summary: The property was very clean and the layout was what we expected. The gardens are beautiful and look out over the golf course and we had the added bonus that we were able to help ourselves to mandarins off the tree. Thank you for you hospitality we had a great stay.
