Positive: It was new and could see that there was building work going on, but there was consideration for guest. We experienced power outages but within seconds the backup system started. All the staff were very helpful and we appreciated them.

Negative: There was hot water but you have let it run for quite a while.

Summary: A great new place with a lot of potential once the second phase is completed.
