Positive: Affordable stay, warn room, welcoming lady who took us in the room. It is very convenient for a night stay before flying. Distance to the center is not an issue. It's also nice to walk towards the river promenade.

Negative: Cleanliness. Cleanliness. It looked like the workers finished the bathroom, and then nobody cleaned anything. There is new equipment in the bathroom that was never cleaned. There is no trash bag in the toilet bin. Not proper cleaning of carpets, bedsheets, and bathroom (lots of hair everywhere). We didn't dare to have a shower. It's a pity because no matter how old or new an apartment is, cleanliness and proper appearance always make a difference.
