Summary: Our stay at Kandima Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we landed, everything was so well-organized. The team made sure we felt welcome and taken care of every step of the way. The food was delicious with so many great options, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. We stayed in the Sunset Aqua Pool Suite, and it was simply perfect! The private pool, the stunning sunset views, and the overall comfort made our stay truly special. If you’re looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation, I recommend Kandima Hotel. Summary: The location and premises are great, especially for kids. Our AC was broken and did not get fixed until the fourth day and third attempt. Once it was fixed, no question whether it was fixed or not was asked. Hence, no compensation was offered which is not a pleasant service, especially given the fact that 3/4 got sick due to the AC. Service with restaurant bookings can absolutely be improved as they are not effective and most restaurants have empty tables every evening.
