Summary: Overall, the stay and experience was very good. The hotel location was very convenient, the staffs were very nice and helpful and the room size for Japan was acceptable. Just a few minor problem with our room air conditioner but was fixed very quickly.

Summary: Incredible hospitality and level of attention to detail, we felt so welcomed and taken care of! The hotel has tons of amenities, is incredibly well located and is clean and modern! The staff are so kind and accommodating and we would be happy to stay again.

Summary: The staff and service were excellent! They were super respectful and patient to foreigners. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. I found hair sticked on the wall of the shower room, which was quite noticeable, and it was there all the time for our stay. Also, there was one dirty sock near the sofa, which was quite noticeable too, it was such a surprise for the stay. What’s more, the floor under the bed was covered in dust, seems to be neglected from cleaning for a long while.
