Positive: The property was nice and spacious. The decor was nice and fitting for the Gold Coast location and was reasonably quiet and peaceful even though it was in the heart of gold coast with only a 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave.
Negative: The only issues was the smell in the stairwell stunk of smelly feet from someone's cooking 24/7 and seemed ingrained in air.
Summary: Nice relaxing pleasant stay close to the centre of Gold Coast.

Negative: It was very small for 3 people. Would have been great for just a couple but needs a new lounge.

Positive: No breakfast included, location wise is very good, not far to walk to the surfers paradise and the tram station. Very affordable for a long stay.
Negative: Shower floor very slippery and the water flow was difficult to regulate, when flushing the toilet is very noisy and can disturb other residents during the night.

Negative: Wifi was very poor. Kept dropping out and when it was working it was very slow. Made it very hard to check emails etc.

Positive: The location was perfect so close to everything we needed. The apartment was cosy and clean and had all the amenities we required.
Negative: The sofa was uncomfortable this was likely due to it being sofa bed. That’s the only thing not great
