Positive: Property was wonderful especially the outdoor fire chimney area surrounded by pretty lights. Plenty of space and views were beautiful. While the cottages are close together it’s tranquil and private. The cottages themselves are super clean and have the basics you need, including a coffee machine! The walking distance to park and pub also was a winner.

Negative: Nothing, everything was great!

Negative: Unfortunately, There were no fly wire screens on the windows. At night it would have been nice to sleep with the windows open, as it was a warm night ( not hot enough to have the split system on) without all the mosquitoes /moths coming in.

Negative: Lack of information about which cottage of the 5 on site we were staying in. As a result we had to contact the owner. There was a lack of cooking utensils and oven trays.

Positive: I received a free upgrade upon arrival - I loved the place I stayed - it had every amenity I could need for an over night stay. The bed was amazing. A friend who loved in the area popped in and loved it too

Negative: I didn't like that I had other plans and only had the 1 night at Karma Kinglake - it was beautiful and I would have loved to stay there longer
