Positive: The garden and view. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities such as washing machine, fridge and others are all clean and well kept. Fans in each room provided a nice alternative to A/C and you get a great breeze through the house. Off street parking and separate entrance to main house.
Negative: No material issues, the key lock box is a bit tricky to use at night when I first arrived. But the host quickly sorted it out for me.
Summary: Pleasant, comfortable and convenient - excellent property for a couple or single.
