The Karol apartments have 1 LCD TV with free satellite channels in the double bedroom, the children's bedrooms are bridged and have two single beds that cannot be joined together. and 1 32" SMART TV in the dining room. Each has a fully equipped kitchen (we offer a dish cleaning kit), with electric kettle, coffee machine, a large living room and a dining area. bed linen and towels, which will be changed weekly for free for long periods.In all apartments the bathrooms are equipped with a welcome kit and a hairdryer. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are available nearby.

Other Policy From monday to saturday, we do not have reception service, however it is possible to receive directions or any help from 09.30 to 12.30. you will find us from monday to saturday and in the evening reception will open only and exclusively for new check-ins from 4.00 pm :00 to 18:00 (arrival time to be agreed). reception may be closed on sundays and public holidays. guests planning to check-in or check-out outside these hours must contact the property in advance to make necessary arrangements, - bed linen is provided by us upon arrival and weekly we offer 1 change for free, which will be delivered to you on the day and you will have to change it, the dirt will have to be delivered down to the reception, - air conditioning is available at an extra cost of eur 10 per day, - final cleaning is not included and it is charged €50.00 extra. upon departure, guests will have to dispose of waste in the appropriate containers that will be indicated to you by us. kitchen must be left clean of any dishes.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: Close to the beach. The unit was clean. The breezy balconies really gave us a nice break from day time heat.
Negative: The beds were uncomfortable and toilet paper was not provided.
Summary: The host was responsive. The AC in our unit was broken and made for a very hot evening. The host moved us to a new unit

Positive: Every thing was great except that we were told taxi from airport and taxi back to airport on departure was covered but taxi driver charged us €30 to drop us to airport which was a very disappointing end ton what was a great holiday

Positive: Host was very nice, informed us of all we needed, apartment have a big balcom on 5. Floor with a littel sea view and the old town, super to be on. Apartment worked fine for me in wheelchair, but you need your own toilet chair, and wash your self yoy will have to do the old way, but ok, we was there only 3 nights. No support on the toilet.
Negative: Beds are hard, could be better

Positive: very good accommodation very clean and all in very good shape inside we have been here at least 4 times always coming back next year if we. could have 412 again would be very grateful and stay was lovely and cannot complain about anything

Positive: The huge balcony with a sea view is the main added value (on the 5th floor). The location is good. Not too far from the old city centre.
Negative: No reception in the second half of September - no help, no advice, no existence of a reception service.
