Positive: The place is big and clean. The staff is friendly. A good, clean kitchen has everything you need. The balcony has a beautiful view, and a big grocery shop is not far from the apartment. The owner is friendly and easy to contact.
Negative: The Duplex apartment is on the last (fourth) floor, without an elevator. It's critical when you have heavy things. Parking in the garage is guaranteed for one car only. The parking outside of the building is organized by numbers, but the order is not clear. In case somebody took your parking lot, you have to take the place of somebody else. The apartment has two, not three bedrooms. The bedrooms are on the second floor and one bed in the hall between these bedrooms. Because of the rooms under the roof, it's very hot on summer days. Because of the rooms under the roof, you couldn't stand near the bed, you have to bend before you go to lie down and You have to be careful, not to hit your head. There is no picture of the second bedroom on the Booking site.

Positive: Lovely property, but it doesn’t look exactly like the one on the picture. Big enough for 2 people + a child. Walking distance to the centre (quite a long walk), close to Tesco. Nice, shady balcony. Fully equipped kitchen.
Negative: The water pressure in the shower is poor. Electrics needs some work (dodgy socket in the kitchen and in the living room). Noisy neighbours with crying 24/24 kid.
