Summary: We had a great stay in this property. The check in process was very clear and easy. The property was extremely clean and exactly as the pictures showed. It was very close to a lot of restaurants (we really liked the food hall at Eat Street Crossing) and a grocery store. Parking was very easy too, though beware of confusing snow restrictions. All in all, a great stay. We got takeout or ate out — if you want to cook, the kitchen has only the basics fyi.

Summary: Hosted relatives for Thanksgiving meal, met old friend for breakfast at Bad Waitress restaurant, went shopping at resale shops, explored free art museum, and did a pilgrimage to George Floyd square. Amazing location and great apartment. So convenient and lovely!!! Thanks for a great holiday.

Summary: The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the family to gather. From the apartment we could walk to restaurants and the grocery store which was nice since finding a parking space was sometimes difficult. The place had very limited dishes and silverware requiring us to use the dishwasher after almost every meal. There was only one bath towel & less wash clothes per person. Fortunately we brought paper plates & towels. We would stay here again as the place was clean & spacious.

Summary: Has everything we could have wanted down to the keurig machine, coffee pods, and stevia. One piece of constructive criticism was the water pressure in the shower was fairly low although still useable. Great spot overall. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults, 1 teen). We came to town to see family members for the holidays. We hosted 4 family members for dinner with carry out food from delicious restaurants within walking distance on Eat Street. The living room was the perfect space with lovely views of the city holiday lights from the big windows. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms gave my teenager plenty of space for privacy. Bedding very comfortable. One thing to be aware of is twin beds in 2nd bedroom were a bit short for his long legs but he was still happy with the accommodations. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

Summary: The apartment met our needs for a place to stay in Minneapolis including in house laundry. It was clean except for a dirty kitchen knife in the dishwasher which I think hadn't been run ( there was still soap in the dispenser). There were adequate plates, cups and silverware, kitchen knives, cutting board, but only very basic pans and very few kitchen utensils and no microwave containers. So if you plan to cook you make want to bring some of your own supplies. The beds were comfy and towels fluffy. It is on the 4th floor over a bar and the bar noise and bass from the music went well into the night. No parking but we had no problem finding nearby street parking.

Summary: The place was clean and roomy, exactly as advertised. Just a short 2 block walk to Nicollet Eve., Minneapolis's "Eat Street," great Pho and several grocery stores as well. Our only (small) quibble, since our daughter and son-in-law couldn't join us at the last minute, is that we never got a second key fob. Very happy with the experience.
