Summary: Loved the area, literally next door to a little grocery store. Kitchen was lovely, and the room was very spacious; A full one bed/one bath apartment. The "bedroom" was a bit strange though. It had a sliding door that couldn't be locked, and a wall that was a foot lower than the ceiling, making light get in from the city street. This made the bedroom feel very exposed. Not sure why the rooms were set up this way. Other than that, I loved the hotel.

Summary: This was a good place to stay for short getaway. Very easy checkin and out. Plus the customer service is fabulous. There is a local food store right beside the building with great options. With a few updates this would be excellent. Overall, its a great find in an easy to use location.

Summary: The apartment was as pictured, but less than clean when I arrived. All of the silverware was dirty, and the remote and counters were also dirty. It would've been nice to have some wipes provided. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable. The location was very good for public transit and walking throughout the city.

Summary: I would suggest purchasing the row of parking spots right next to the building from the grocery store across for more parking or at least 4 more spaces.

Summary: The place was great. Lovely location close to alot of nice smaller communal shops and stores, very nice building in general and the facilities were great. Room was good size, windows bring in so much natural light. 1000% better than any hotel room you can get at that price by a mile. Will be staying here again if I return to Minneapolis. Only problem is parking, but if you park on the side/back street its only a 2 min walk to the door.

Summary: Great location, very spacious room! Great light and appreciated all the amenities in the apartment - had everything I needed from closet space to linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, full kitchen supplies, coffee maker, hot water kettle. The living room area and some part of the kitchen cabinets seemed a little worn, but generally fine. I could hear/feel the next door or upstairs neighbors walking around and it was distracting/unnerving. Other than that it was pretty easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again!
