Positive: This is a comfortable place in a great location. The area feels very safe with lots of pedestrian activity. You can walk to stores and restaurants. The drive to both DFW and Love Field airports is very reasonable.

Negative: The showers had visible mildew which should be addressed. (Photos available upon request) The floors appear clean, but socks ended up with dirty bottoms. The coffee maker was broken.

Summary: The small negatives, did not impact our stay. We will most likely rent this property again.

Positive: The location helped, the space was generous, having the pool, mostly clean surfaces. A/C was fantastic. Tv was easy to use.

Negative: Towels, sheets and dishes were dirty even though there's washing machines in the apartment. The furniture was flimsy, could tell it was purchased to save money. Water pressure was poor which lended to difficult showers and baths, there's no way that large tub would be able to be filled. Creamer was out of date, only one tea option available, no honey. Unclear on parking spots that are numbered. Could hear all loud noises at the pool and bright lights at night through the poorly curtained windows. Not enough back up towels and toilet paper considering no one is there to refill. Offered extended stay last min, no discount.
