Summary: Even though they’re upgrading the place the service still is lousy and the front desk is just a bunch of excuses. It should have been closed down for 2 weeks while they fixed the elevators and other public areas. Half the outlets in my first room were dead with no electricity?? I’ll never stay there again !! Good location!!

Summary: All of it! I loved the text message asking about my arrival time. The front desk staff (Alexa) was great, loved the champagne and cookies. The room was amazing, we ate at the restaurant and the food and staff were great there also. We were very happy with everything about our stay.

Summary: Very clean rooms and great location to SMU campus. We were able to walk safely and easily to the football stadium for our bowl game!

Summary: The hotel overall felt overrated. More like a deluxe Super 8 or something. The room was clean, the "city view" was a parking garage. Paper coffee cups. Cheap throw away water cups. 1 towel per person. And minimal bedding. When I requested an extra blanket front desk staff acted as if it was an inconvenience. Valet parking $43 per day acted reluctant to be genuinely helpful when we needed a ride on the shuttle to a nearby venue.

Summary: Barn style door for bathroom came off track. Almost gut stuck in bathroom. Called for repair. Received temporary repair. Was told they would return the following day to finish but did not. Housekeeping service never showed. Had to personally retrieve more towels. Large roach came out of tissue box in bath.
