Summary: The apartment is much nicer in person than in the images online, and more comfortable than similar extended stay locations where I have stayed in the area. The initial check-in process is a bit quirky, using a side entrance, but after navigating that the check-in was smooth. The apartment was well-equipped, super-clean, and had a great view. In addition, the building has a 24-hour first floor business center with desks and a printer that can be used for some work time.

Summary: The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The entire property is clean and carefully maintained with many onsite amenities. The location is easy to access and very walkable as well as being close to public transportation and popular attractions. The best part of our stay was the amazing view of the city all the way out to Lake Michigan!

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were great. The front desk staff were friendly to chat with (we didn’t need anything other than directions and restaurant recommendations). They won’t send the key code until about 20 minutes before check in time, so don’t worry if you don’t hear anything until then. But once they send it, the communication is good. For a reasonable extra fee there was convenient parking in a garage right behind the building. We did not use them this time, but the building had some great amenities that we will take advantage of next time. This will be our Chicago go-to.
