Positive: This stay was exquisite and an absolute gem on our moroccan roadtrip. It was recommended through a friend of mine - and I wouldn`t change it for a world. Needless to say I would not find it without recommendation at first - it was a little off our route but totally worth the short detour. The place is dreamy with a magnificent view of the valley. The kasbah itself looks almost like new :) It`s indeed a perfect combination of the typical moroccan acommodation with a very pleasant french, Provence-like touch. Must mention a super-friendly staff including the lady-owner, their warmth and hospitality are beyond everything. Awesome food both dinner breakfast. Super calm and quiet during the night; if you need a good rest - this is the place for you. I am more than happy to recommend further! Bonus for cat-lovers: a friendly white-ginger four-legged doorkeeper :)

Negative: I cannot possibly think of anything. We`ve got everything we needed. The owner speaks both english and french, the staff members mostly french but not even this was problem - we always found a common ground. One minor detail given by the terrain that gave me a short freak at the arrival: be aware of the sharp turn+descent from the main road, it was a bit tight.

Summary: Our best experience in Moroco, I`d love to come back anytime!

Positive: I liked everything about this property. It was so cosy, with a gorgeous view of river and gorge. The food was incredible, best food I’ve eaten in Morocco! Staff super friendly and kind and we even got dinner even though we arrived late! It was so so soo nice. Could have stayed longer. After hiking all day it felt like we showed up at this luxurious secluded retreat. Definitely off the beaten track— but worth it!!

Positive: Wonderful Kasbah architecture. Very friendly staff, excellent food, lovely room overlooking the riverside and beautiful communal areas. It’s also very reasonable for the overall quality.

Negative: The shower room showing its age, it’s too small to be a wet room although I can see that can’t easily be changed.
