Positive: Five star service in a five star ryokan. Worth the price. Free yukata with different sizes and design available for guests. Very peaceful ryokan. Wish we could stay longer to explore the surrounding nature. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast was amazing. Staff was so attentive to our requests and took the time asking about our dietary requirements. Massage chairs available for guests to use. Loved the Indoor and outdoor public bath. Highly recommended for those who wants a luxury ryokan experience.
Negative: Wish there was a private onsen on site. We had to use private onsen from hotel next door. The ryokan can organise this for you including transportation to and from.
Summary: Five star service and facility. Money worth spending
