Summary: Had an amazing stay at the Kasino Hotel, Leverkusen. The building is spacious and modern. Welcomed in at reception for late check in and the receptionist was able to explain how to access rooms and advised to order uber eats as the restaurant was closed. Room was top quality and loved the auto lights functionality. Large Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. Air Con works perfect especially for the summer months. Large shower space as well. When our food was delivered, the driver forgot to include utensils, so by phoning and going down to reception at night, security was kind enough to get some forks from the restaurant. Next morning upon checking out when to the restaurant for a cup of tea and the waitress was very friendly. Restaurant also stunning with garden patio and wine cellar. Staff also speak English which helped us. Would definitely stay again for longer.

Summary: Unusual early check out time (10:30) that caught a lot of hotel guests off guard. Rude enforcing by obnoxiously knocking at guest rooms of people not being aware of the check out time.

Summary: Parking charge isn’t clear because there seemed to be no street parking so the 18 euros is unavoidable. Also expected a fitness room on-site but it’s a 10min walk outside. Rooms are good. Food quality was great.

Summary: The Kasino is a definite 4 star hotel, with superb staff and unmatchable facilities. We were however surprised that the dining room was closed on Sunday. In particular, as nearby Leverkusen had limited dining. Overall though, it's an amazing hotel, and an excellent overnight halt
