Tucked away in Piney Island, just minutes from Assateague's nature trails and beach, this quaint cottage is perfect for the whole family. A brand new, recently added, Master suite adds space and an extra bathroom to this classic Chincoteague home.
Pet friendly home . $75.00 (per pet) will be added to your reservation. THIS HOME IS NOT PROVIDING LINENS OR TOWELS SO BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. WE love this house, its location, the wind blowing through the pines and the friendly neighbors. We will try to vacation here again if not next season then as soon as possible. Thanks to the owners and the great staff at Harbour Rentals.

Only issues were that it was dusty everywhere/had bugs smashed here and there on the walls. It needs a good deep clean. The master was really nice nice, but we don't believe that the wall unit was working correctly. It was pretty warm in the master bedroom all the time. We did contact the management about it and they brought us an extra fan right away and said they would check on both issues.We would still stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: This house has a great screened-in porch, where we ate all our meals, and a good-sized well-outfitted kitchen (but we should have brought our small cast-iron frying pan). The only drawback was a strong odor of something like a disinfectant when we arrived. That took a while with windows open to clear out, but as the weather was pleasant, this was easily done.
