3 Bedroom House in Chattanooga

This house, just build in 2017, has all the amenities! There is a 2 dog limit. My insurance will not allow pit bulls, chows, Rottweilers or dobermans, or any of these mixed breeds. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It has a laundry room. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Tile floors throughout. A romantic fireplace is in the living room. Smoking is allowed on the huge front porch, where you can relax and let your worries float away! Behind the house there is a fire pit, too. The Battle of Missionary Ridge was fought on these grounds. I have found bullets, cannon balls, and shot while digging in the flower beds. I live across the street and the garden is located behind the "eyeball" wall. It is on old 3 tiered garden with 2 ponds. Sit on the bench and listen to the Mermaid fountain splash as the goldfish swim leisurely about. The birds will help you leave your troubles behind or swing and just remember times gone by. You will enjoy fabulous views of downtown and watch the sunset behind Lookout Mountain. There is a 2 dog limit with a FENCED IN BACK YARD. There are 2 other short term rentals on the same block, Gray Gables and Ridgedale Roost, if you need multiple houses for big events. Come and see the flowering bulbs in the spring! I can not offer a military discount.

Summary: This was perfect for our family. Tammy the host thought of everything. She has toys for kids of all ages. No need to pack up so much for a baby just ask her she provides so much. The homes she has are beautifully decorated. Very clean. It’s like your home away from home. She has a playground across the street for kids and other activities. She loves her flowers and the yards are beautiful. The fenced in yard in the back was great for our dog. Book this without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything. We are so glad you came to personally meet us. You rock!

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay. It was close to the college for the graduation and it was close to get to my brothers that lives nearby. We would definitely stay here again, if needed.

Summary: We didn't get to enjoy the gardens due to inclement weather, but play area and Garden area looked amazing. Very clean, excellent amenities, Tammy was a great hostess!

Summary: Property was amazing! The place was clean, comfortable and had everything needed and more. Check in/Out was simple and the Owner was very nice. 6 of us stayed for 4 days and couldn’t have been happier. When in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

We traveled from both coasts for a Celebration of Life in Chattanooga, and this beautiful home provided a much-needed sanctuary. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt a sense of peace and warmth. The Kottage was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. The fully stocked kitchen, which became a central gathering point for our family, allowed us to prepare traditional family recipes, providing a sense of normalcy during a difficult time. We were especially grateful for the pet-friendly policy and the secure, fenced backyard, allowing our four-legged family member to be with us without exorbitant fees. The location offered the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, with easy access to major roads and grocery stores, yet far enough removed to allow for quiet reflection.Tammy, the owner/property manager, was responsive and thoughtful to messages and on the day of arrival, popped by for a quick minute to ensure we had everything we needed.
