Positive: Entering the apartment was easy and convenient, the host provided details in time upfront. The apartment is in a great location, 1-2min near the gondola, besides ski renting places, markets etc. It was easily accessible. It has a big balcony, which is not a must during winter, but it is still nice to have. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an electric cloth drier which was cool. We found parking easily in front of the building.
Negative: Unfortunately, the bed was terrible :( It was too soft and sunken in the middle while the sofa in the living room was still too small for two people. That is the only main complaint regarding the overall rating.

Positive: Aside from being clean, everything you need can be found in this apartment (kitchen appliances, utensils, kitchen soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, ironer, and drying rack that can warm up your ski clothes after a long day out). The location was also fantastic for monitoring the morning gondola lift queues; exit the flat, go to the stairwell, and you can see how long the queue is from the window). Last but not least, we appreciated Katy's hospitality and prompt responses. It was very kind of her to go out of her way to provide us with some general tourist tips to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Negative: Would have been nice having a kettle, but the microwave did the job.

Positive: This is the best of all the apartments I stayed in in Bulgaria. It is clean, comfortable and cozy. There are all the necessary things for living. A wonderful view opens from the window.
