Perfect for Katy Trail travelers or anyone visiting the area. We are located within walking distance of the Katy Trail (0.05mi), Downtown Boonville (0.15 mi), and the Isle of Capri Casino (0.15mi). Two King size beds, one of which can be converted to 2 twins upon request, plus a twin size day bed. The day bed is in a room that does not have a door, not technically in a bedroom. Newly renovated, high speed internet, and stocked kitchen!
*Please note- we do NOT have a washer/dryer or a dishwasher.
*Security disclosure- there is a Ring doorbell at the front door that monitors the area directly in front of the door and driveway. No other cameras present.

Summary: Property near train track and river, but home is well insulated and blocked most all sound. Neighborhood quiet and respectful. Quick walk to mainstreet, Katy trail, casino area. Exterior is not a reflection of interior. Exterior could use a power wash. Interior is simple, yet welcoming. Communication with property owner/manager was timely and clear.

Summary: Check-in/out excellent and easy. Inside of house was very well supplied (coffee, creamer, towels, toilet paper, shower items). Couple of things that need improvement is the outside landscaping (overgrown and out of control), car port was too steep to drive up (afraid vehicle would drag against the concrete), neighbors dogs barked a lot. Easy walking to Main Street. All in all would stay again if in the area.

Summary: Overall our stay was very pleasant The interior of the house was clean and roomy. The neighborhood was fairly quiet One suggestion would be to add another TVGot tired of watching 3 year old kids shows just saying. lol!

Summary: We had a very relaxing time. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Right of Katy Trail which made our visit easy. Plus super close to Main Street for dinner and ice cream! In addition, they drive a left item to us in Rocheport. Thank you so much for an incredible stay along the Katy!

Summary: Everything inside was wonderful that approach to your carport is something else. We almost hit the right edge was a big hole in the grass. It would’ve ruined our car, but thankfully, we saw it.

Summary: The KATY Trail Pull Off was the second night say for us as part of our KATY Trail cycling tour. It was easy to access, convenient, clean, spacious, and easy to walk downtown to grab a bit to eat. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Definitely a place I would stay again if cycling the KATY Trail.
